Interview: Tyler Rosati from Shit-Faced Shakespeare

Later this week the Somerville-based improv comedy show, Shit-faced Shakespeare will be returning for the first production of their new season; A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The show’s director, Tyler Rosati, (who also serves as one of its performers), met BostonStageNotes critic, James Wilkinson, via Zoom for a chat about the show and what it’s been like coming back to live performance.

You can listen to the complete conversation above. A Midsummer Night’s Dream will be playing at the Rockwell Theater in Sommerville’s Davis Square. It runs September 16-December 4, 2021. Performances are Thurs, Fri and Sat night at 7pm. Tickets are $30. The bar will be up and running with a line of specialty drinks for the show. Potential patrons should note that masks will be required in all open spaces for all people until patrons get to their seats and actors get on stage.
